In Hytec Engineering's continuing drive to assist its customers in enhancing their operations and eliminating downtime, the company has launched a Service Exchange division.

“What this means for our customers is that once a cylinder is in need of repairs, we exchange it for a fully-functioning unit. Our workshop then strips and repairs the cylinder to OEM specifications and we issue a six month warranty,” says Roelof Luyt,
Workshop Manager – Repairs.

The main benefit to customers is the minimising of downtime – with the exchanged cylinder, operations can carry on as normal.

“We also deliver the repaired cylinder to site – saving our customers more time and making the entire process seamless,” he says.
